Document version dated March 6, 2026
The document is publicly available at the link: https://sradar.ru/en/privacy.html
This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what information is collected and processed by the Developer, why and how you can access your information.
Use of collected information
All information collected by the Developer is used solely to work on improving the Program and other related services. The developer under no circumstances sells this data or transfers it to third parties for use, except as required by law.
Location information
Since the Developer offers location-based services and you use these services, the Developer has the right to collect and process your location data in order to provide its services based on the user's location. The developer has no right to access your GPS location without your consent.
Collecting data to improve the camera database
The program uses GPS location data to determine the user's current position and issue warnings when approaching cameras and dangerous areas.
To increase the accuracy and relevance of the camera database, as well as to improve the quality of the Program, the following information can be transmitted to the Developer’s server:
• Camera passage statistics: anonymous data about the fact of a vehicle passing within the coverage area of a specific camera (including GPS coordinates of the camera, date and time of passage, direction and speed of movement). This information is used to analyze the relevance of the camera (for example, if the camera has been dismantled, travel statistics will no longer be available).
• Sending new points (cameras) by users: If the User independently, through the functionality of the Program, presses a button to add information about a new camera or an error in existing data, the following are transmitted to the server: the type of object specified by the User, its GPS coordinates, the date and time of sending. The transfer of this information is initiated solely by the actions of the User.
All of the above information is transmitted to impersonal (anonymous) form and does not allow identification of a specific User or his vehicle. It is stored on the Developer’s server and is used exclusively for analysis, updating of cartographic data and improving the operation of the Program.
Cookies and similar technologies
The program may use cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. The program may use cookies for various purposes, for example to avoid having to re-enter access information or to process statistical information. The user can change the settings of his Internet browser to disable the storage of such files or to enable warnings about their sending.
